Since we have multiple forms of communication, yet Sellers’ Number 1 gripe about their agents is “lack of communication” — here is a way to memorialize what you have and are currently doing once you take the listing. Copy and paste into Word. You may have to copy and paste it 2x if you get the “X” the first time — Still working on that.
Click on the little “glue bottle” at the end of the text and choose “MATCH DESTINATION FORMATTING.”
Change the letter to your own voice — AND BETTER YET:
