Congratulations to Carla Coser in the Plantation office for aggressively working her listings. At our sales meeting last week we had a round table discussion regarding how to get our listings sold. Based on feedback from our managers meeting the week before, I encouraged everyone to get price reductions and increase commissions. Carla listened and learned. Immediately after our meeting she got a 10% price reduction on one listing and lo and behold it went under contract the same week! Then on another of her listings she studied what the Active comparables were, confirmed that it was priced right but because there were so many listings she decided to get the seller to increase the commission from 6% to 8% which should bring it right to the top of the the list when Realtors are searching. Way to go Carla!! Will keep you posted on the results!
