On Tuesday, April 20th 2010, the Southeast Florida MLXchange system upgraded to MLXchange v5.1.1. MLXchange was unavailable from approximately 5:30 AM – 8:30 local time.
CLICK ON YOUR HELP SCREEN AND VIEW THE TUTUORIALS FOR AN EXPLANATION OF THESE CHANGES. I think you will find the tutorials quite handy.
Please be aware that this upgrade will deliver new ActiveX controls. Office Administrators will have to down load new files in offices where agents have limited logins.
All users will need to accept the MarketLinx End User License Agreement the first time they access the application.

Important Notice – MS-IE 8 Users: Prior to the delivery of Release 5.1.1 please do the following to ensure the new Active-X control files can be installed, if this is NOT done the new Active-X control files will NOT download and many program features may not work correctly:
Top right of Internet Explorer, click on Tools > Internet Options > Advanced tab
Scroll down to Security and uncheck “Enable memory protection to help mitigate online attacks.”
If the checkbox is grayed-out, right-click on the IE icon from the Desktop > Left-Click on “Run as administrator.”
Click Apply > OK
Restart Internet Explorer
After installing the Active-X files and restarting IE, repeat the steps above turning back-on (re-check) “Enable memory protection to help mitigate online attacks.”
