MLX Muscle – Chart Your Course – Dade County-ites are so lucky!

ImageChef.com - Custom comment codes for MySpace, Hi5, Friendster and more Because of the grid factor and the folio numbers corresponding to that grid in Dade County, Dade County agents have the ability to chart market trends in MLX. Of course, Facts & Trends is far superior, but there may be times you want to use this feature in MLX.

(My Broward buddies, — it comes up error — and you will understand as you read on. Our folios are not set up the way Dade’s are. Therefore, there are two features mentioned here that Broward can use — Options 4 & 5).

Option 1:

Search for properties within a certain municipal code — it doesn’t matter which properties you choose. Click on the first property details and click on the CHARTS feature to the left. You make your selection at the bottom of the screen (see red arrow). You can copy the chart to a clipboard to paste into a Word document or you can save it as a jpeg to upload into your blog. You can also choose the PRINT option.

Option 2: 3-Year Market Analysis by Section 13

Option 3: 2-year Market Analysis by Subdivision Number

3-year pinecrest by sub number 14

Option 4: Property Comparison (Dade and Broward)

You can select up to 40 properties to compare. The fewer you select, the easier it is to read the chart. In that way, you can chart the specific properties comparing them to each other.

Option 5: (Dade and Broward properties)

You can map your selected properties (either Active listings to accompany your Showing Instructions or Closed Properties to accompany your CMA or Quick CMA). Even though the CMA program maps the properties, you can select just the properties you want mapped for any reason whatsoever to show proximity to the subject.

I hope this was helpful. You may discover other ways to use these features.
