Just finished uploading my listing at Hollywood Beach. It’s a learning process. Last night I started with my profile but could’nt upload my photo. Anyway I almost can’t believe that having fun “blooging ” is part of our real estate business. Never had tried it before!

On the listings ; should we give the Price? I don’t remember anything about it.

Sounds silly but want to see comments.

    Keep blogging!
    There are still some bugs that will be exterminated very soon. In my opinion you can put the price but since normally you add a link to another page where data is updated you might not do it. Even thou you can edit your post you might forget to do it and have old information floating around.

    PRICE or NO PRICE?
    On giving price on the listings, in my experience doing the ads it seems the realtors are divided, but the ones who do put the price do so because they say that then they know the calls they get are serious calls, not just people having to call you to get the price.

    I vote for not putting the price. One less thing to have to remember to update and if the property isn’t in looker’s price range, you’ve missed out on an opprotunity to connect to a serious buyer. We all know how scarce they are in today’s market.
