For elderly couple coming from out-of-state. Prefer to stay close to Aventura, Sunny Isles, Bal Harbour, midtown. Something with a water view would be nice not required. A walkable neighborhood would be good. They don’t drive and will rely on Uber/taxi. Starting price range about +$3K. Any tips or heads up would be much appreciated.
