I have a client that originally made plans to take his family to New York for a week after Christmas. However, his family no longer feels comfortable being in Times Square on New Year’s Eve. A mutual friend told him to come to South Florida. He is now asking me to find him a 4-bedroom single family home with ocean or bay views and a heated pool. He is willing to go up to $20,000. It will be for he and his wife and adult children; no pets. It may be between Ft Lauderdale and Key West.
There’s not a lot listed on the MLS. If you can help me with this, it would be greatly appreciated.
