Good Evening – I am working with a reporter for the Condo Living publication by the Miami Herald. She is looking for someone who recently bought a condo in Coral Gables or Miami Beach to live there. She is trying to do a story about why it is a good time to buy so this is your shot to turn the tide. Have a buyer who recently closed? let me know. Beth,

I may have a buyer for her to interview, but it was a forclosure on South Beach, which is an angle she may not want to approach. In the end, it was a good deal for the Buyer, but the bank was tough. They, meaning the bank, did not give things away.

Rene, the Buyer, would be a great person to interview and put on camera. She is a service person at Prime 112 and has the charm to handle people like Shaq.

beth, I have a buyer bought owner occupied . paid above appraisal price just because he wanted the unit and the view. Arlyn financed it. Want it? price low 300’s. Need to look it up if you want it. Carol
