About Mary Ann Wardell

This is only the second time I have tried to write a blog. Please forgive any unfortunate errors.  I was encouraged to tell my story and so, I will do my best to convey my message to you all.  Many people already know my story, but I hope I will not bore you too much.  On May 12, 2007, I was operated on for a brain tumor.  I spent the next days partially in a coma and my husband was told to purchase a cemetary plot.  My youngest son Jim didn’t want his Dad to go alone and he went with him.  I now know where I’ll be one day.  Not funny, but true.

Days passed by very very slowly, but thank God and the many prayers of my family and wonderful friends, I am doing just fine.  Thank you all for my blessings.  I’m now trying to do the best I can to get back into Real Estate.   I was having lunch today at Cheese Course restaurant and as it would happen, I met a lovely couple and I introduced myself and low and behold, they want me to give them a call and perhaps a listing on their Condo in Coral Springs.  Wow!  I guess it pays to keep positive in this market and of course I never gave up.  I can drive to office meetings and I’m doing so very well.

Joann and everyone at EWM has been so wonderful  to me.  I am so very grateful.  Things are changing, and we’ve all been through some tough times, but everyone knows, like previous times,  Real Estate is cyclical   Well I’m so glad to be alive and I’m looking forward to being a positive Realtor in 2008/2009 and more.

Best of luck in the coming days….Keep on trucking!!!

Hopefully your friend,

Mary Ann Wardell

P. S. Hope to hear from you all,

Sincerly,

Mary Ann

Hey Mary Ann, you have always been one of my favorite people. You always have something positive to say and a smile on your face!

I know when you were not feeling well before you knew that you had a brain tumor everyone was concerned about you. When the diagnosis came, it was a surprise as you had continued to work even though you did not feel well. Your faith, love of family and friends brings you back to us a the wonderful person you have always been and even better!
