Mr. Seller, Here is where your home is appearing on the internet!

I was requested by an agent to assist her in showing her client where in the world her home appeared on the internet.

When you begin researching this data, track it in the following document. E-mail the document to your client (as an attachment) and update it periodically as the home appears on the various websites. I think your client will be impressed with your technical skills and your attention to detail.

You will also be able to monitor your listings to make sure they hit these websites.

You may have to make slight formatting changes. This is a Word document. Control+Click on the hyperlink gets you where you and your client need to go.

At this time, I am still new to this. If you like the look of the form, you can request it from me in Word format ([email protected]), unless you can figure a way to get the form from Google docs & spreadsheets. Good luck.

Click here for the form. You may have to widen your Word margins first because the table extends the margins before you EDIT, SELECT ALL and COPY and PASTE into a blank Word document. You may have to do this 2x if you get the “X” — not sure what that is about.
