It’s that time of year again when Luxury Portfolio is looking for great photography for their branding ads. As many of you know, Luxury Portfolio has a strong branding ad campaign in exceptional publications such as Depatures, Veranda and Architectural Digest (just to name a few!). They are currently working on spring issues for several publications and want to feature perhaps one of your $1 million+ listings.
As soon as you can, please upload as many high-resolution photos as you’d like to have considered for these ads. The photos that work well in their branding ads are exceptionally beautiful and eye catching. You receive the opportunity to be in these ads free of charge as a membership benefit of Luxury Portfolio. Remember that throughout the year, there are Luxury Portfolio branding ads in various luxury magazines so please upload your high-res photography as often as possible. Don’t miss advertising your beautiful property listings in these fabulous national and international magazines!
Your photography needs to be uploaded to “Luxury” login FTP site:

*login is case-sensitive
The Photo Requirements are as follows:
300dpi
Minimum 4″ size
‘Lead’ photos should also be at least 300dpi, but a minimum of 9″.
Please just be sure to label your photos with the following information – this will insure proper listing info within the ads: Company name, MLS#, city and price.
All photography submissions should be submitted to the “Member Photography Submissions” directory on the FTP site. There will be a folder in that directory with EWM’s name on it. Within that, create a new folder that is labeled with the date. Then upload as many pictures as you like to that folder. Once you’ve uploaded your photos, just send an email to Lucy Sweitzer ([email protected]) noting photos are available for to her for downloading.
